Detached Single Family Homes or class B or C multifamily properties with value-add potential only. Excludes townhomes, condos, or attached SFR homes.
Class “A” or “B” homes, located in desirable neighborhoods and good school districts
If the property fits the buying criteria 95% of the time we are able to get our buyers on it. Also once I submit the property for submission, offers should come back within 24-48 hours on normal business days.
ACQUISITION CRITERIA FOR MULTIFAMILY
Value-add, garden-style, multifamily properties throughout the Sunbelt. Typically, these are Class B and C assets, built between the 1960s and 1990s, that are well-located in strategic growth markets.
